Come out to the Urban Astronomy Center located in the Root Cellar Building in E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park here in Louisville. Rain or shine. The Moon will be 9% illuminated and 3 days old in this lunation.

Members may arrive early for set-up. If the ground is wet, we will set-up behind the building on the asphalt. Scope set-up is weather dependent. Our scopes are unable to penetrate the clouds and heavy moisture such as rain drops are bad for the electronics.
